DISPATCH
Orders will be dispatched Monday - Friday within business hours. Our warehouse is based in Sydney, Australia, so shipping times may vary depending on your location.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International customers can browse the site and check-out in AUS Dollars.
Please note DYFM cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. To comply with Australian regulations, we are prohibited by law from marking any orders as a ‘gift’.
PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are processed pending payment approval.
Most orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 24 hours.
Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will be shipped on the following Monday.
Please note, after a launch night, processing times may take 1-4 business days for the order to be shipped, due to an increased volume of orders.
You will receive shipping notifications along with tracking as soon as your order is shipped. If you have any questions about your order please email info@dyfmpod.com and please ensure you read our returns policy and size guide to ensure you choose your size carefully.

AUSTRALIA $15 Flat Fee Australia Wide.
NEW ZEALAND $20 Flat Fee for standard international shipping via Australia Post
REST OF WORLD $30 Flat Fee for standard International shipping via Australia Post (ex shipping duties and taxes)
DYFM COMMITMENT & RETURNS POLICY
We want you to have the best experience when shopping with us. Due to the nature of our limited edition merchandise products, we are unable to offer exchanges, returns or refunds for change of mind.
Please be mindful when selecting sizing and please note all styles are sized in universal unisex sizing and made to be worn oversized (if you like your items a little more snug - please size down) *Alexis is wearing a size small in all items and is 168cm. Alexis is typically a standard size 8 AU.
We have rigorous quality control measures in place but if in the unlikely event a product is faulty, we will provide a refund within 30 days from the date you received it. Please email info@dyfmpod.com for any product enquiries. All returns are subject to inspection before a refund is processed. Returned items that do not meet the above criteria or that are damaged in transit back to us may not be refunded.
Return postage costs will need to be covered by the customer.
